Payments go directly between you and the professional

KAAM does not process the payment between a customer and a professional. You agree the method between you (bank transfer, card machine, cash) and pay the professional directly.

What KAAM does record: - Payment records - the customer marks a deposit, interim or final payment as made; the professional confirms it as received. This keeps a verified record on the job. - Contract value - the accepted price, which is what the job's record and the professional's verified history are built from.

KAAM takes nothing from the payment. If a payment is disputed, KAAM support can see the payment records and messages but cannot move money. Disputes about money owed between the parties are escalated to a person.
